Introduction to Bounding Boxes

RedRoute allows you to define areas where your company provides transportation. Callers that opt for a pickup/dropoff outside of the pre-defined areas will be sent to an operator for confirmation.

Our analytics have been updated to include the following:

• Total Pickups Outside Bounding Box
  
• Total Dropoffs Outside Bounding Box
• Drill Downs
  • Provide information on the specific locations that were inside or outside of the bounding box(es)
